We’ve learned that for every interest, there’s an entire world of art swirling around it, and the same proves true for Broccoli Art. …Of course, we have yet to enter the realms of less-popular foods like liver and anchovies, but you know, there’s time.
For now, we’re having some fun exploring the strange dimension of these cruciferous creations. Broccoli, from the Brassica genus of plants, is well known for its health benefits, namely being an immune-boosting super food that has cancer-fighting properties. But this isn’t a PSA (public service announcement) on health. This is a curiosity blog on the weirdest of all things random. And when it comes to these stalky green fibrous bundles of (not so) yum, there’s an entire bounty of uncanny oddness.
