HAUNTED ATTIC: BAZAAR OF THE ODD AND MACABRE

We’ve featured some pretty strange taxidermy on The COD, but when we came across Haunted Attic Resale, a Bazaar of the Odd and Macabre, we knew we had to share some of their unique creations, some of which we’d never seen before! Case in point, did you know you could preserve a four-leaf clover? Neither did we! See this and further weirdness below.

Haunted Attic is a husband and wife team based in Millsboro, Delaware. We especially love their bio on their website where they describe their purpose as passionate artists caring for every creature’s resting place. “We specialize in giving death a new life by honoring animals that would otherwise be discarded or tragically destroyed by the humans around them.” As a result, they offer preservation services, including wet specimen pet memorials, along with some unique specimens for sale to the general public.

We’ve included our favorites from their shop below, but be sure to check out their entire collection as they have a whole range of other offerings, including bones, skulls, shadow boxes, taxidermy, curio jars, ephemera, and some seriously interesting and strange vintage collectibles such as US Air Force Forensic Autospy Slides. Curious? Go check them out!
